Fun-derful
Whew, updates have become far and few between. I'm currently in my 2nd 5-week internal medicine rotation.. life sure is busy! Anyway, here are some pics from a couple of the fun-derful happenings in the past few weeks..
CMDA NW Winter Conference '07
Earlier this month, we went to the CMDA NW Winter Conference at Cannon Beach. The topic this year was missions, which was extra cool. We had encouraging and inspiring talks from medical missionaries to Africa, India, and China. There was also a speaker from a low-income Christian medical clinic located in the Tri Cities area in southeast Washington. In the afternoon on Saturday, we also had a chance to hit the beach for some sand-y fun. God certainly is amazing!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Amara was super sweet this Valentine's Day (our first together as a couple!). When I came home, I was greeted with a huge hug and was pleasantly surprised to find a series of lovely notes decorated around my apartment. She even made me a very cute Valentine Buddy! We had a delicious salmon and pasta dinner at her place, which she made. Then, we spent some time reading the Bible together before heading out to go swing dancing at the Paradise Ballroom. A very fun and romantic evening indeed! =)
