Best Places to Live
While it has been rainy and cold for most of the year, there have been a few choice days in which the sun has come out and made it a beautiful place. Unfortunately, these sunny days have coincided with pre-examination study days. Despite this, I still managed to take a nice hour and a half walk up to Council Crest Park (the highest place in the city) for a great study break with a friend. The wonderful views of the city and the sunset helped support the notion that Portland is a great place to live..
