Soup Like a Solid
The "Signature" soups from Safeway are quite good. I recently enjoyed a bowl of the Tuscan Tomato & Basil Bisque. As a liquid, you'd expect it to be thirst quenching. This it was definitely not. After finishing a hearty serving, I was more thirsty than ever. I should've been clued in by the semi-gelatinous state it was in before being heated. Despite my hankering for a hose of water, the soup was both flavorful and rich. I think if I put in some lobster, it would near perfection by becoming a very tasty and delicious lobster bisque.
