Summer in a Big Apple?
It's a long-shot, but I just applied for a clinical research opportunity in New York for the summer. The experience combines both research and clinical exposure. And it pays well, too! Here's a link to some information about the Summer Fellowship Program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. I'll find out about it after March 11.. so, back to the apply-for-something-and-then-waiting game. In the meantime, I've also been talking to investigators at the General Clinic Research Center here at OHSU. Have two more meetings/interviews on Thursday. Staying in Oregon wouldn't be too bad..
