Swing, Swing
A mere three days later, the temperature in Portland is now an incredibly mild, 62 degrees. The temperature swung over 30 degrees in a matter of days.. amazing! It feels quite nice and reminds me of California.. ahh
Juicy Fruit
I definitely don't consume enough fresh fruits/veggies in my diet. Before leaving the CMDA meeting tonight, I jumped at the chance to grab a bag of fruit containing apples (soaked in 7-up and a little lemon juice.. I normally don't like apples, but this makes them pretty good), oranges, and grapefruit. Knowing that I'm a lazy eater, how can one get Yobo to eat fruit? Wash it, peel it, cut it, etc.. in short, take the work out of it. And so it also makes sense that I bought seedless grapes to munch on.

Last week, I took a placement test for a Medical Spanish elective class here. Fortunately (but sadly), I got in at the "Advanced Beginners" level. Fortunately, because learning Spanish is a valuable tool in the medical profession. Sadly, because the class is for two hours from 5:45-7:45pm on Wednesdays, which are already my longest day of class. Anyway, looks like I'll just have to tough it out. Espero que la clase esté entreteniendo (I hope that the class is entertaining).
