Tengo Un Gato En Mis Pantolones
Taste the Rainbow
Went to Habitat for Humanity in Portland on Saturday. Spent the morning painting the walls of some bedrooms. It was quite colorful.. one was yellow, another pink, another blue, and another lilac. Then, I got to play pre-ministry Jesus (carpenter), and help measure, cut, and nail down the treads (boards for the steps) on some stairs. For lunch, we walked across the street to this submarine sandwich shop run by Koreans. I had a yummy teriyaki chicken sandwich. Another highlight of the day was when it started hailing. Albeit small pieces, it was still a sight to see and feel!
Comforting
With the recent drop in temperature, it seems I need some more bedding. My current set-up is fairly weak. Here are three products for $39.99.. any recommendations?
Down Alternative Comforter
Down Comforter
Flannel Comforter
Phone Appetit
Used my phone more in the past 4 days than I have for the rest of the month. Not that I used it a lot the past 4 days, but more that I hardly ever use my phone in general. Thanks to the people who have spent time to converse with me. I really should take more advantage of such voice technology. I heard a comedian joke about not using computers. He was like, "I'm not a computer person. But these days, there's no real excuse for a person to not know how to use a computer. Especially if it's by choice. It would be like me saying, 'Oh yeah, the PHONE? You know, I never really got into those.'"
Y+eek!
