Snoopy
At school in our medical education building, we have a mail room in which each 1st and 2nd year medical student has a mailbox. That room also has a couple of copiers and some computers for us to use. In between class today, I was using a computer to quickly check my e-mail, as well as check the status of my cell phone order to see if it had shipped yet. This girl noticed I was looking at the Cartoys.com website (where I ordered the phone from) and remarked, "Cartoys, eh?" I knew right away by her tone that she thought I was being self-indulgent with my money, especially since most people here are on a poor med student's budget. I light-heartedly corrected her saying that it was for a new cell phone and such, and then asked if she needed to use the computer. "Nope, I was just looking over your shoulder." Despite breaking some rules of etiquette, she seemed nice, so I let that slide.
