Tourn-O-Bowling
We had the 1st Annual LSF Bowling Tournament yesterday night at Manor Bowl in San Leandro. It was a good turn-out, with 6 teams of 4 (24 people participating) representing small groups from throughout the Bay Area. We even had 3 dedicated fans come out and cheer people on. There were a lot of cool spares, even on splits. Although everyone seemed to be scoring higher than their averages, the big scorer of the night was Stevo with a cool 212 (with a 4-bagger during that game). My team (Christy, Joy, & TaeJung) finished strong, winning our last match-up to end with a 1 win-2 loss record. Personally, I stayed true to my average by hovering around 130 through the 3 games.
Overall, it was a very good night full of fun and fellowship and bowling (duh). Thanks goes out to Superman who planned and organized the event. I look forward to other fun activities like this in the future.. perhaps an LSF pool tournament?
