Return of the King
Just finished watching the third installment of the Lord of the Rings trilogy a couple of hours ago. Twas opening night, and we caught a near midnight (12:09am) showing at the theater in Union City. A whole bunch of us got there around 10pm and waited in line to get in so that we would get good seats. It was a good movie.. quite exciting.. and it closed up the many storylines up pretty well. I liked it. My original plan was to go directly to work afterwards, but instead, I decided to go home first and rest up. I ended up folding some laundry while watching/listening to the Worship channel, took a shower, and then headed on out. Hence, I got into work a little after 5am. Funny to imagine that just 12 hours ago, I was back here. In any case, I'm planning to put in my time doing work and then leave super early. I am quite eager to go to sleep tonight because 1) it's long awaited rest, 2) my sheets are freshly laundered, and 3) I have some pleasant thoughts/images in my mind which I hope will translate into pleasant dreams.
