Alberre Sans Nourriture
During the past 24 hours, all I've had to eat/drink is 1 cup of water. I'm about to have lunch now at Sweet Tomatoes (a soup/salad buffet). It's not exactly "fasting" because I didn't really do it on purpose (although I have been praying and thinking about stuff). I think I'm ok (like no hunger pains or anything) because I have such large fat stores in my body (who says eating lotsa bacon isn't good for anything?). Not eating is probably a good idea every once in a while since I am still alive and moving, so my body is still burning calories, but now it must rely entirely on stored energy, and thus, end up burning some of the fat in me.
