The Price is Right
Went to Starbucks and ordered myself a Grande Caramel Macchiato (that's the medium-sized beverage with foamed milk, espresso, vanilla and caramel). Believe it or not, that was the first time I've bought anything at Starbucks (for myself, at least..the only other time I've ordered something was for Frances' birthday). Being a total amateur, I didn't even know that I could have a caramel macchiato three different ways: regular, iced, or frappuchino-style. Good thing I realized because I had originally ordered a regular one (which is served piping hot), and that wouldn't go well since was a nice and toasty day outside. I switched to an iced version just in time. But that wasn't the best part. Because they were having a summer promotion of some sort, my co-workers and I were all able to get FREE Starbucks glass cups. They're supposed to help advertise for their new Mocha Malt Frappuchinos. I love getting free stuff.. =)
