I spent some time yesterday afternoon at the Fremont Toyota dealership. I don't trust car dealers very much. The guy that I was talking to wasn't very knowledgeable, and whenever I asked about pricing and stuff, he seemed to keep avoiding the issue. I can understand that it's tough being a salesman, but they didn't even really seem to be trying (perhaps they didn't think I was a serious customer, but believe me, I AM!).
