This is from the opening song to the anime series, "Love Hina." The series is a funny, romantic comedy about a guy trying to get into Tokyo University so that he can fulfill a promise to a girl he made when he was a kid. They promised to each other that they would meet each other there in the future and that they would get together then. If enough people request it, I will post the English translation. (Aren't you curious??) =)
